Just on curiosity does anyone mind sharing how much they get paid for videos or raw footage done for companies/or private? And what it includes?

Just amateur flyers, nothing too professional.

I'm in Australia but I think NZ will be the same in that if you fly for commercial gain you will need a AOC or similar, some what like the US part 107.

Flying drones/remotely piloted aircraft in Australia | Civil Aviation Safety Authority

Go to the Civil Aviation Safety Authority Site, then select the Drones tab, this gives you the info you need. You need a ARN number and be registered by CASA and then do a sub 2kg drone course for a licence, to begin with.
Gaining your remote pilot licence (RePL) and RPA operator’s certificate (ReOC) to operate you will need both or find a business which has the ReOC, any way you will need the RePL.
Sorry about the size of font, it changed on me.
