Flying to co-ordinates or lat - long

Guys
If someone provides co-ordinates of a point over the ocean...but quite close to low water mark...can I program the drone to reach that point. Alternatively can it be done with lat-long position?

I have litchi. I fly my p3p on litchi but so far only flown the Mavic on Go 4
At least I have an option on how to do this now... thank you.
