I flew first time mavic to pretty strong wind and it didn't fly towards to wind at all. It came back only if i used come home mode. Is there anything what can i do?

Fly upwind! Then it will be carried back, assuming the wind is not so strong you can't fly upwind, in which case question if it was a good idea 
Had a little test flight today, just in the garden after the latest firmware upgrade. wind was so strong the MP spent the whole time tilted into wind! interesting to watch it as it adapted to the gusts. Only flew it about 20' up, as it would have been blown away any higher!
