FMC case

Hey guys,
So just looking at how to pack everything in the FMC case (or bag?), it all seems a bit messy to me... how do you guys store your batteries? Do you carry around that black cardboard box in which they came? With the black foam piece to store between the two extra batteries? I don't know why but I was expecting the batteries to have their dedicated location in the bag, the Mini's FMC case is so much neater :|

Also, where do you store the spare props?

Really don't care too much for this case. It just seems like a generic bag with repositionable (new word?) dividers. Like you say, its just not tidy. Also would have preferred something more akin to the MM's case.

Hopefully my GPC case will arrive soon!

The case is fine to take when going to fly your drone buy don’t try to use it for actual travel. It can fit everything BUT I don’t recommend that. Instead just pack everything but the charging accessories as they are the only things that do not fit well.

i confess i used the cardboard box toput the batteries and stuff in. In terms of the spare props/charger etc I took the decision to leave them out of the bag (in theory you only need the charger at home). So that saves some space.

The question for me is do you put the drone in the bag with the props on or off??? It fits with them on but i worry about the bending that might happen.

Havnt flown mine in anger yet , it arrived today , firmware etc updated and ready to go ..wind is blowing a hooly though ...

took mine out for first time tonight, can't say I like the FMC case much, will look to configuring my canvas bag I bought for the MA1 and have the GPC hardcase coming soon.

At $200 I might give it a miss... may look for a MA2 drone only case (had 1for my mini and it ensured props were never bent)

would let you put the other bits into the case ... so you also need a case for the cases but hey we love case shopping

Just re-setup my canvas bag and put all my MA2 gear in it. I did take the foam insert out of the FMC bag for now and put in hear to hold the gimbal, but will replace with better foam cut out soon. Still tons of extra room. Maybe will buy a hardshell for drone and reconfigure to hold that like with the MA1. Will probably sell the FMC bag.
