Format of the Forum is smaller on Computer

The forum used to fill my screen on my Mac, and now looks like this. I can't seem to change it, is everyones that way?

Mine is exactly the same on Chrome and Windows 10, I find it's a fairly common change on forums now to use a fixed width.

Mine opens to the size of my browser window (ie in it) And the if desired I select full screen and that’s what it does... at least for me.

I don’t get full screen but I have a 49” 51120 X 1440 super wide monitor, only my games fill that.
I often have a game at two thirds & a web page at one third, the forum fills it then.

It fills my iMAC screen. Try hitting control/command and the plus + sign.

Ctrl ++ for Zooming (or F11) for full page on my 34" LG monitor and Linux Mint 20 works for me!

Mine is now smaller on Chrome.

It used to fill up the whole page. Now I see large blacked out spaces on the left and right as you can see from this screenshot

What happened? ?
