Forward obstacle sensing not responding***

I've only had my Mavic for 1 week and I have been wanting to use active track but i keep getting the message Forward obstacle sensing not responding. Also it does not want to seem to stop when coming close to an object? Is this a common fault with the Mavic?

Let's start with the obvious: Did you remove the protective stickers which are on the forward sensors. Also did you enable the forward sensors in DJI Go 4?

Yeah, removed protective stickers and I turned on all sensors apart from enable backward flying.

If your testing is done during daytime hours (not low light conditions), then you may have to calibrate your sensors. I don't really like the OA sensors much but if you want them, you may try to recalibrate. Perhaps a difference solution is forthcoming from someone else.
