I cannot seem to set frame rate to 24 fps , tried changing from Ntsc to pal , 4k/ 1080 only , on manual settings I only seem to have option for 30 fps not 24 , can anyone help .
 
1080 should have 48fps and 60fps options. Live stream is a separate beast and can be set too high to allow certain recording modes.
