FPV battery leds flashing will not charge

I have a dji fpv drone but I can't charge the battery. When I plug it in to charge all the nleds start flashing? Is this battery defective?
 
Known issue; I have 2 such batteries sitting here right now; same problem. If they are under warranty, you can open a case.
 
Sounds like a defective battery. Contact DJI support.
