Hello everyone,

I get the same warning even though I try it in different places and at different times. I make all the calibration settings of my drone, I installed the new software, everything is ready, but I keep getting the warning that FWD and BKWD Up and Down cannot be done. Can anyone solve it? I tried during the day, I tried in the evening, it doesn't work. What is the solution to this, the product is in my possession and believe me, it has not been hit or dropped in any way. If it doesn't work I may have a problem with the boss.

Please help me :/

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that the joystick controls of your drone's RC controller are no longer working. If that is the case, maybe calibrating the controller will improve the drone's response to your control inputs. The DJI Fly settings menu includes instructions about calibrating the RC controller.

Noting that you live in Turkey where a lot of UFO activity has been filmed I am tempted to suggest that our alien friends might be trying to take control of your drone but I won't make any such comment to avoid being taken away by the men in white coats.

According to the screenshot: the "no up: down: left: right" etc. seems to refer exclusively to the obstacle avoidance sensors.

The live feed in the background also shows twilight (either just before sunrise or just after sunset) when there isn't enough ambient light for any of the sensors to work.

Ignoring the on-screen warnings: try a take off and very low altitude hover... does the drone fly? If it gets up in the air and responds to stick commands, just fly it with greater care.

See if the warnings go away when you switch the drone into sport mode, or if you turn obstacle avoidance off completely (in the app menu screen).

That is obstacle avoidance. That doesn't work in low light. Just fly carefully, you'll be fine.

And if the warnings annoy you, turn OA off in these conditions.
The first thing I do when I get a new drone is turn all that off. I fly way to close to things to utilize OA. 😉
