Gesture mode follow range

Can't seem to find any specs as to how far the MA can follow you in Gesture mode. I always thought the WiFi follow mode would only go about 100M and then the unit would stop. I went over a half a mile in gesture mode.

What WiFi? If you're using gesture mode there's nothing for the MA to communicate with.

Didn't even think about that. Lol!! So does that mean it will go until battery depleted?

Can't answer that - never used the function. I'd have thought there must be some sort of limit to the distance you can send it away from you, otherwise how do you get it back???

It's following you so no issue with getting it back. Just wanted it to follow me without worrying about a stopping point.
