Gimbal doesn't work

Greetings, Gimbal doesn't move up or down. when I open the drone, it sounds like the video. When I touched the spot I marked in the photo, I noticed it was getting very warm. I tried 2 gimbal 3 different Flex cables, but still the same. What could be the problem here ?

Hello guys, I couldn't solve the problem in any way. I've reported the situation in Gearbeste. They asked me to send the product to the repair centers. I sent it from Turkey to China. they offered to exchange with the refurbished product. I agreed. They paid half the customs fees. I noticed they're sending out new product. there's just some deformation in the box.
