Gimbal going Violently Bezerk! Why?

The last couple of flights, I would be flying and all of a sudden, something happens where it looks like a quick jerk that violently throws the camera off. I think its just the gimbal, not the drone but I could be wrong. Maybe the drone is momentarily being thrown off too. Then it eventually goes back to normal.

Mid flight gimbal reset. Quite a few topics on this, have a search. Not much you can do.
