Gimbal impazzita

I turned on my mini 2 and the drone started to emit a high pitched sound, while the gimbal started spinning wildly ... I turned the drone off and on again but the gimbal got stuck and I couldn't calibrate it .. .and on the.monitor the images wobbled ... I asked for my model to be replaced but I read that other users have encountered the same problem
