Hi all - first post here as a new (secondhand) Mavic Pro owner. I’ve had a DJI Spark before but sold it. I picked up a Mavic Pro for $350AUD with a gimbal problem. I knew it had an issue and I’ve previously stripped down another crashed Mavic Pro and had done some research on parts.
This one still transmits video to the app but the gimbal movement is erratic (see gif)
It’s also got a crack above the rear left motor arm. I’m not sure if this plastic is replaceable (it almost looks that way from a test down video I took a screenshot of). It was obviously caused by the arm being pushed past its limit and striking the midframe.
I test flew the Mavic before purchase and it flew fine, video transmits, IMU, gyros and accelerometers all work. Hopefully the gimbal isn’t a $500AUD problem
