Gimbal Jump and Frame Jump

1. Occasionally, my gimbal jumps up and back down again. I am not touching the gimbal wheel when this happens.
2. I get a jump in frames occasionally.
Both of these problems are depicted in the following video.
The frame jumps occurs at about 4 seconds and the gimbal jump at about 5 seconds.

I never had any problems with this happening until the last couple of FW and GO4 updates. I thought it was a GO4 issue, but it happened yesterday while I was using Litchi. Mine is more dramatic than yours. Usually the gimbal will tilt high first then down and then very very slowly rotate back up, but it never goes back to level without me scrolling the wheel to get it to come up. I know others have talked about this issue in different posts but I don't remember what they said was a possible fix other than new ribbon cable. Hopefully someone with a fix will answer you.
