Gimbal Piece fell off

Hi there,
I haven't crashed my mavic at all but a piece of gimbal near the screw just fell off. Do you think it will be okay?

Looks like the piece is fractured.

Some of the covers on my drones gimbal were split around the screws when the drone came out of the box so it looks as if they needed to adjust the torque on the screwdriver back in early 2017 and still haven’t got around to it.
I just took the covers off, added a little glue to fill the cracks, replaced the covers and screws just a very little less tight.
The drone has flown and filmed for the past 30 months with no problems.
