Just an update on my online repair request submitted to DJI back in June. Received the standard response that because of a lack of parts due to custom issues, it might take 60 to 90 days or longer before service would send a UPS shipping label. After reading a member’s post on this forum I called and spoke with a DJI service rep. Within 30 minutes I had a label and sent the drone off to Ft. Worth that afternoon August 13, 2025. They acknowledged receipt August 19th. August 20th I received an email with 5 photos of my drone, repair charge of $0.00, and a tracking number for UPS as it was being shipped from Concord, ON Canada. Received the drone today August 22nd. I’m not sure if it’s refurbished or new. It was in a sealed & wrapped DJI drone box, had all the peel off stickers that came on my drone when new. Whatever it is it looks new & flies perfectly. Very happy with DJI service.
