If you stay under 190,000 you should be fine. Just make sure RTH is with the wind...

Good idea, I don't want have to try to track my Mavic across the globe to get it back!

Using the battery should keep it warm enough. I hope! 11 degrees IS kinda chilly and only at 5000 ft

Yeah,I would worry more about the battery,than the wind. I fly my MP (nowhere near that altitude) in winds up to 25mph without any problems,in sport mode.
