it is i believe a marketing promotion,for those that purchased the mini3 direct from dji between the 10th and 13th of May and will be able to be used on the upcoming DJI day this year

it does appear to be the Ronin gimbals i had a e mail today from the DJI store and the short teaser video that came with it,has the words Ronin in the background
