There is a guy and dog walk across the road junction around 5:04, does anyone know what the dog is? It seems blooming tall.

I was working with parada management and the poloice department. I was aware of the police helicopter flyover. I believe the helicopter was at 200 feet. While the helicopter was making passes, I kept my drone at 50 feet.
