We have missed a lot of snowfall but the temps have been below freezing for a couple of weeks now so the soft water is turning into hard water fishing soon.

Nice flight!!! @19.2F, I can see why things are 'hardening' up!! When you came back and I saw the RR Trestle bridge, I was thinking you were going to shoot through it. I was trying to read the sign at the end too, but you didn't let me! HAHAHAHAHA

The sign that gets damaged pretty much every summer by the teenagers drinking there at night. It says that Ontario Hydro lets you launch your boat and use the landing on their property as long as you follow the rules like no camping, cutting of trees or damage to Ontario hydro property.
Last year they locked the gate to the dam as kids where getting out of control. It took me some time to get them to open it back up. Two weeks later the kids smashed they sign in. I'm surprised the replaced it again.

Ya I fly there a lot. I have to watch out for float planes as there is a club up river that use it for their float planes other then that it fare game. I become friends with one engineer and most of the maintenance guys up there as I go there and use my canoe up there also. As the crow flies its only 1.10 mi from my back door.Well...it doesn't say you can't fly drones there so, you're good!!!

I don't envy that weather. Here is a flight I took yesterday. I am working on the video now, soon to come. We just got dumped with about 20cm of snow on Monday. Very Christmasy! Some of the ponds are starting to freeze over and lots of the geese and ducks are flying around. Hoping the lakes freeze up early, as last year they didn’t freeze up thick enough to drive a car or truck on till mid February.
I can’t fathom living in a place where you basically have summer all year round. I love living and flying my drones where you have four distinct recognizable seasons.
