Having trouble getting my zoom to work

My zoom says that it will not work in slow motion. It will only work in sport mode? Is there some I can change in the settings?

Zoom won't work in 4k since it just blows up the image, you need to be in 2.7k or 1080p.. no correlation to flight modes.
