Having trouble with SD card

I’m having trouble viewing and erasing photos from my SD card I used in my Mavic 2. Can anyone help please?

Are you shooting in RAW or JPEG and using the card in a PC ?
If you are attempting to view RAW have you got a program installed capable of opening them ?

You could just do a reformat, even in the drone, once you have saved everything you want from the card.

When I have my SD Cary in my pc and try to view the picture it ask me to open or save. No matter what I I pick nothing happens.
