Help please! - New aircraft not appearing on DJI Fly app

[Mavic Air 2]

Hi

I have purchased a Mavic Air 2 to fly in addition to my Mavic Mini and expected the Fly app to recognise my new drone during the registration process.

Having flown the Air 2 a few times (and very pleased with it!) I wanted to look at the recorded information on the flights.

When I go to 'Profile" and then 'More' under the total hours, distance and flights, to open the Flight Data Centre I can see the flights taken by the Mini and Air in the list, but when I select the All Aircraft tab on the right I get the following list -

All aircraft
DJI Mavic Mini
dji Aircraft

No mention of the Air.

Any idea how I can identify my new Air 2 on the list?

I see this, too. The Air 2 is the second one there. Sadly, I know this because I’ve had both aircraft, and two Airs.
