Help - Seattle flying question

Just got to Seattle on vacation. Around Ballard and just called Seattle Seaplanes to notify, and they basically said that all of Seattle is a no fly zone given how low they fly on tours. Is this right? And have people had a similar experience?

It's not. But they are correct: the space needle and the lake union area is a flight oath

Thanks I did see that list but almost all the locations are in parks, and Seattle I think has made it illegal to fly in parks. I can launch outside the park and get some nice shots but probably don't want to risk being in the park.

Well the firmware will tell you if you're not supposed to fly there.

If I were you, I'd fly over Elliot Bay. Everett and Edmonds waterfronts have lots of good area to fly also.
