HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Software DJI GO4

Okay got my pro...all happy...charge battery...mavic ect...installed software...got to the name droid and did that...wont let me click next....so cant finish off setting up...any thing else I can do..on android...

This happened to me also on initial setup. I'm running Android Nougat on a Moto Z Play. If I remember correctly, I had to go into settings and then into Developer Options and turn USB debugging on. Also, in Developer Options, had to make sure Select USB Configuration was set to MTP (Media Transfer Protocol).
