histogram not displaying information

hi,
air 2s with a dji rc
the histogram stopped displaying information. I've toggled off/on multiple times. the histogram box stays on the controller screen and it either freezes up or the box goes blank. it does this with video and photo. rc and aircraft firmware up to date. I've refreshed the rc firmware with the DJI assistant. any help would be very appreciated thx

if you refreshed firmware while connected to your computer and it's still doing that the next step is to contact DJI and will most likely involve returning the drone.

quick question, I refreshed the RC only. should I refresh the aircraft as well with the DJI assistant? thx again

can't hurt. can't imagine it's connected but why not?

The real problem is that the RC is a toy. Woefully underpowered CPU wise. DJI has admitted and warned about it. Running more than one subroutine will slow it down tremendously. Read reply #14 straight from DJI.

RC Vs. RC Pro

Becides the Pro having the brighter screen are there any differences in these two controllers? Does anyone know if you can run 3rd party apps like Litchi on either one of them?

update... refreshing the firmware in both the aircraft and RC seems to have fixed the issue
