I was flying today and my drone hitted a bird, got stuck on a tree and hitted the floor (front part)

Gimbal rubbers got out, now gimbal doesn't do the "dance" and when i open the app the video is black no image

When i got to status it keeps giving gimbal restarting

What can be the problem and how to fix it?

Ah, sorry. Maybe if you put some detailed photos of the damage/problem then someone more knowledgeable than I might be in a position to guide you. Good luck with it.

The place where i hitted

This picture seems a bit too blurry. Care to show us the underside of the gimbal? It might have snapped off of one of the axis.
Also, are there any stores in Mozambique that offer repair services for such things? They might be a good place to look.

Have a nice day, hope you fix your problem

Yes of course it is, the axis is responsible for the movement of your gimbal and the initialization when turning it on, what you call the "dance". You should directly contact DJi and explain your problem to them. They might help you better than us and redirect you to their agent in the region.

Ok i will fix it

I dont have dji here in Mozambique

My other question is and how about the image? It shouldn't show?
