How balance Mavic Air cells?

Hello.
How does the Mavic Air BMS cell balancer works?

If I connect three unbalanced cells when will they will be balanced?
At the end of the charge?
At the end of the discharge?
After 24 hours connected to the charger?
Standalone without connected to the charger?

Never?
When?

@Carsco the balancing takes place once all the cells have around 95% charge in each of them then the BMS will trickle the last part of the charge between the no of cells in the pack whether it is 2 or 3 or 4 etc, it does this till all the cells have a similar readout ,
