How do you ... in Davinci Resolve? NotebookLM!

If you already have a Gmail Acct, Google's NotebookLM can be your personal AI agent that you get to feed it ONLY the sources you want.

I created a DV Resolve Notebook with these downloaded sources from Blackmagic web pages;
1. Davinci Resolve.pdf
2. Davinci-Resolve-18-Colorist-Guide.pdf
3. Davinci-Resolve-18-Editors-Guide.pdf
4. Davince-Resolve-19_Beginners-Guide.pdf

I'm still running DVR 19 as it does everything I need. I tried DVR 20 a few months ago, and it had bugs I could not live with. I'm sure its better now, but I don't need any new DVR 20 features. DVR 19 is VERY stable.

Here's a screen dump from my PC. Sources in the left column, Qs & As in the middle column, and SAVED Q/As to access again later in the right column.

Type in a very detailed Q about what you want to do, and it will return answers from every source that has an answer. This is important because many things can be done several different ways in DVR. I select the way I want to try to test in DVR. If it works the way I expect, then I SAVE that Q/A for later reference, as I'm 71yo & forget stuff! ;-)

This is a VERY POWERFUL TOOL for learning how to use only the DVR functions that you want to use.

Thanks for posting that wonderful idea and the details. I was unaware of NotebookLM, but I was painfully aware of my three big challenges in using Resolve: complexity, multiple ways to do things, and my difficulty remembering from session to session how to do something.

This is an absolutely wonderful tool. I've set a notebook with three DaVinci pdf reference files and I'm dazzled by how well it works. I really like the fact that you don't have to tolerate all the gibberish and lame sources that typical AI systems plague you with.
