How to adjust camera settings in WIFI mode?

Had a little play last night in WIFI mode but could not see how you adjust the camera settings like shutter and exposure, does anyone know?

I damaged my controller. It will be in repair shop a week. I want to try WiFi but can't see how to activate the camera. When you touch the screen the virtual joysticks pop up.
