How to get steady flight?

I've been watching the screensaver videos on an Apple TV and the formula is always the same, set a camera angle and direction of flight and keep it absolutely steady for the duration. It's a cool effect. I've heard of steady flight on a Mavic 3 Pro but can't find it. Any tips on how to do this other than attempting to hold the sticks steady?

Pretty sure there are a couple but off the top of my head, "waypoints" is the first thing that comes to mind.
