how to see top line in the goggles?

I have made a special setup that allows me to have a foam padding to stop my glasses from hitting the corrective lenses. I was hoping it would then improve the centerline of vision. But I cannot see the top text line in the goggles which tells you the drone battery and the RC battery amount. To see the top line, I have to grab the headset and physically pull it down so I can see the top line. At that point the headset band will come loose from my head the the goggles will fall off my face.

Has anyone come up with a solution to easily seeing the top line of the screen?

How are you putting on the goggles? I put them on the way the DJI videos show, and it lines up pretty well for me. You are supposed to put the goggles in front of your face first, make sure you can see everything, then put the headband on and tighten it to where it holds them in that same position.
