How to tell manufatured date on black gogglea?

I hear people say to make sure the RE are manufactured after 2018 Feb or 2019 Feb so you don't run into the disconnecting error DJI won't fix for the m2p or zoom. How cam you find out the date? Does the box say it?

i just tried to find that info on my re goggles and couldn’t find anything about date of manufacture,please let me know if you find out,fyi i dont have to many issues with the re thus far they have been fine.

Have you tried this decoder? It works on their aircraft, but I have not tried it on goggles...
