hs360s wont connect to phone

Just bought the hs360s. The controller and drone connect fine and I can calibrate it and all that. But when I open the app it’s like my phones not plugged in. iPhone 15. I e tried multiple off/on uninstalled the app reinstalled and things like that. Tried a different cable and a friends android. Nothing. As far as I know I’m doing everything as the setup video does step by step. Not sure what else to try.
