Are you INDOORS? NO gps signal? The drone does not know where it is and can't perform any automated functions, I suspect.

Take it outside and see if the GPS gets satellites and the missing buttons appear on your control device/phone and let us know.

Sometimes deleting the app and downloading again fixes odd behaviour and screen layout - don't start messing with the firmware until it has been used a few times as it came.
You can ignore any messages about updates.

Again, I think user needs to go OUTSIDE with a clear view of the sky and see what happens...

I have found out the reason why, I had the wrong app installed, if you install the DJI Pilot, it won't have the auto land or auto take off buttons but if you download the correct app which was the DJI Go 4, then it shows those options. Thanks for the helps and reply. I appreciate it.
