I don't have a computer to ad firmware and when I try adding the firmware for the battery update it never works any suggestions?

You can use the DJI GO app to update firmware as long as your phone has a working internet connection. Start RC, plugin your phone, start the drone, let them connect and the DJI app will check the firmware version of the battery and tell you to update if its needs to. Battery firmware updates don't take a long time, I think about 10 minutes at most.

Yes sir this is the only way I can update firmware I do try this everyday with battery firmware update but always end up getting an error when trying it like you said.

Can you download it to a micro sd card using one of the many dongle options for the iPhone and then inserting the card into the drone and powering it on? Just a possible option

You can try deleting the DJI Go App and then reinstall it, that may rid you of the errors. Good luck.
