I think I know but what's causing this?

Is this shutter roll? Is this because I didn't have a filter on my lense and had to crank up shutter?

Sorry, it's not uploading, I'm doing a quick pan and pull away and split my clip to slowmo the end but it appears all choppy. What's causing it, how do I avoid it?

4K at 30fps, no filter.

What do you mean by "had to crank up the shutter"? What exact settings are you using?
Is the video actually choppy or is the computer just not able to handle 4K video?
