Image quality awful

Hi, first of all please be patient with me, i’m newbie in flying drones, i made today couple of aerial photos with my mavic 2 pro and i can see the quality is very poor, when zoom on face or other things barely i can distinguish something clear, so how can i improve this to have much clear photos next time?
I will attach a photo made at altitude 13.9m to explain better.

That one is always crappy ... it's a low resolution cache file. The real full res. photo is on your SD card in the drone.

Those images are just preview quality and measure only 960px × 640px.
You'll find that the actual image files on the SD card are 4000 x 3000px

This is the ultimate answer. LOL. Yes the cache on phone is like a thumbnail only. It's always low res.
I suggest use RAW format for best quality (especially if you want to edit later).

Actually on a Mavic 2 Pro, with the 20 mega-pixel sensor, aren't the images 5472 x 3648? Thats what I am getting.
