"Imaginary" Point of Interest

I've been creating my first mission in Waypoints 2.0. One of the oddities I have encountered is that an invisible Point of Interest seems to have been created on its own. I had created 3 POIs of which I am aware, but as I was selecting one of them at which to point the camera I saw 4 in the list presented to me by the software. Then I shrunk down the map and saw POIs 1, 2, and 4. The #3 I had created seemed to have been replaced by #4. I didn't see a #3 anywhere on the map. I pointed the camera at #3 to see in what direction it might look for it and it was off in a direction in which I had not created any POIs and I couldn't find it on the map. I shrunk the map down to much smaller than I had shrunk it while setting up the mission so as be be sure I looked at a large enough area in order to find waypoint #3. It was not to be found. So, I can see waypoints 1, 2, and 4 on the map; #4 which seems to have created itself in place of #3. Waypoint #3 cannot be found anywhere on the map although it shows up in the list.

Barring some sort of newbie misunderstanding on my part this seems to be one of many glitches I have found with this drone and Smart Controller. Has anybody else seen anything like this?

You may actually need to zoom in to see where #3 is. I found when creating missions that a very slight touch on the screen will create another waypoint. One easy way to find #3 may be to erase #4. It is probably right under it.

When ai point the camera at #3 it points in an entirely different direction than #4 so #3 isn't hidden under #4.

So I take it that it is moving from #3 to #4 or is the M2P just rotating to point the camera in a different direction. If it is just rotating, I would bet #3 is hidden under #4. Have you tried to delete #4.

I didn't fly this mission. I'm not going to put the bird up if anything looks wonky and I had no idea where POI 3 might have been. I did find POI #3, however. I had to zoom way OUT to find it. Somehow it moved maybe 20 miles to the SE of where I had placed it. I never had the map zoomed out that much so how it got there nobody knows--it couldn't have been me tapping the screen.

Thanks.

I find it very difficult to select POIs and Waypoints, even if they are not close together. However, if you can select one of either of these types of locations, you can then use the right/left arrows in the UI to cycle through each POI or Waypoint, and then take the appropriate action, including deleting them.

Unfortunately, I did ask here in the forum, and it appears there is no way to re-order the waypoints, do I don't think you can insert a new one in between two existing waypoints.

That's a very, very good point about using the left < and right > arrows to cycle through waypoints and POIs. I would have been able to find that POI that disappeared from the field of view in the map view on my smart controller had I thought to use that. It takes you right to the POI on the map in a zoomed in view.

Besides being able to reorder POIs which as you point out is not possible, it would be nice to be able to rename them as well as waypoints.
