@gzamir ,hi fellow flyer ,what i am about to tell you is not a joke ,and it is something that has worked for others
remove the battery from the drone, have the arms extended and hold the top of the drone in the palm of one hand, and give the bottom of the drone a good slap with the flat of your other hand,
what happens with a drone that has not been flown for a long time is that the giros in the IMU can become stuck because of inactivity,so the slap can free them up ,there is no guarantee of success,and it sometimes takes a couple of goes to work ,of course if it is some other sort of problem,then the method i have described will not make any difference
