Will DJI insure a refurbished Mavic Air purchased through Amazon?

Ask DJI. May depend on who refurbed it. However with submission of logs they will grant DJICare to a used drone (still cost owner), but wil require submissions of logs. Again, I recommend contacting them directly for correct instructions.
Then post questions raised back here if necessary.

You could also consider AMA membership for drone coverage and liability.

DJI should cover aircraft sold by 3rd parties under warranty as long as they are new or "DJI Refurbished" meaning they were refurbished by DJI directly. You should also be eligible for DJI refresh as long as it is factory refurbished assuming you purchase the service within 48 hours of activating the aircraft.

You can purchase the DJI Refresh, if eligible, per above post, but you have to send DJI all the logs to evaluate.
