with my Mavic Air I get interference around 2500 ft away I'm in a suburban area but I'm guessing its from the trees , if I go higher than the 200 ft that I'm at will I clear the interference bad signal

Interference is always location specific and trees will absorb/scatter your signal. Climbing higher usually helps but keeping it in VLOS is best for signal and safety.
