Iphone 7 no video or image cache

I've just inherited an Iphone 7, so I thought it might come in handy as the video display for my Mavic pro.
Go4 appeard to work ok and I can see live video feed in flight, however, I dont see any video or images captured to the iphone.
Its a fresh install on a wiped phone, so storage shouldn't be an issue.
Am I missing something.

Video and/or photos are not captured on the phone, they are on the SD-Card in the drone. I think there is (was) an option to store video on the phone too, but it was less quality and contrary to the sotrage on the SD-Card, it will have all the interferences and fall-aways you see during the flight.

They are captured on the phone when I use my android phone. I know the quality isn't the best, but I like to see something of what I got.
Does the iphone not do this ?

look in the setup of the software of your phone, it will be a setting.

Cache is enabled, but I can't find any video or images on the phone.
I didn't have to change anything on my Samsung. It just worked out of the box.
