Jittery Premier Pro Output

Hi all,

I have taken a few videos with my Mavic 2 Pro at 4K that when viewed natively, are perfectly smooth where there is motion. I have rendered out a a few 4K versions of it that where also smooth. Now for some reason, whatever I am rendering out a video, it shows a jittery effect where there is motion.

Does anyone have any ideas what would make smooth video jittery when rendered out?

Which version of Premiere and Media Encoder?

Can you post both the settings of your project and the export?
