some will say. But it is not without a certain satisfaction that I publish this video. I had exactly this shot in mind as I went out, looked for the right place and time to get it for more then two weeks and then, this happened:

I heard the trains passing every hour around 53, so being at the tracks at 50 I figured, with a full battery, I would have a good chance of getting it on video (I don't catch trains, they are to big for me to hold them) and I was lucky.

Very cool and to the point video! Love the variation in European trains.
I love trains in general. Grandfather was an engineer for MKT for 50 years. Trains have special place in my heart!

When I was 4-5 y/o he used to stop the train at an intersection in a small Texas town so I could get in the engine (Alco RS3) and I’d ride to the roundhouse with him.
