The Kapetanakis Tower, also known as the Kapetanakis Castle, dominates the top of a hill, the so-called Petrovouni, in the village of Haravgi (old name (Trikotsova) in Sotirianika). The Petrovouni complex was built about 180 years ago by Captain Georgakis Kapetanakis, one of the 14 captains of Mani, leader of the Kapetanakis family and generation.
