Hello everyone,

Today I would like to share a video recorded at La Geria, Lanzarote. In this alien like landscape you can see thousands of small hollows in the black volcanic soil, surrounded by tiny walls. Each of the hollows contains one single vine, where it is shielded from the wind. The result is not only that wine can be produced in this dry and windy climate, but also a very scenic landscape:

Very unique and interesting. Thanks

Reminded me of my first visit to the island in 1989. Seen massive changes since then, especially in the South of the island. Playa Blanca gone from relatively small village to a large tourist resort area.

Wow. That's super cool. Interesting patterns, and such dark soil. Awesome. Nice work!

True that there is a lot of mass tourism on Lanzarote but if you stay outside of the resort areas, there's a lot of quiet areas, which is surprising for such a small island.
