Air 2s Leaf-peeping in Montgomery County, Maryland

The sky was overcast this morning, making exposures really tricky, so I just decided to focus on more “abstract” compositions.

Where in Montgomery county? I presume north or west where it's a bit less developed?

Yeah, northwest MoCo by the ag preserve. Around Seneca Creek State Park, specifically.

There are some great areas so close to DC! used to live in NW DC until I retired 7 years ago. Never tired of exploring MD and VA. So many great places within a day trip.

Looks like you nailed it with the exposure. I find with leaf color shots slightly underexposed seems to intensify the colors.
