Litchi issues

Hi all--
I just downloaded Litchi for my M2P. Seems to work fine EXCEPT that I have no image from my camera. Switched to DJI Go just to be sure it's not a camera issue, but it's working fine there. Litchi seems to have no contact info for support, and this issue isn't covered in their online guide or FAQ. Anyone know what to do about this?

Make sure that DJI Go is not running in the background.

I'm pretty sure it's not, but how do you check? I use an iPad, and DJI Go seems to start up when I tap it. If it could somehow be running the background, how would I turn it off?

Litchi: Fotos and Vids are saved only in the card, not in the remote or phone/tablet.

Sorry...what does this have to do with determining whether DJI go is running in the background?

1 Connect your iPad to the remote
2 Switch on drone and remote
3 Once connected, DJI GO will probably start automatically
4 Double click the «home button» on the iPad and wipe away all apps shown
5 Start Litchi

PS: If you are in a NFZ, unlock the zone by using DJI Go. Then go to point 4

Thanks. My DJI Go doesn't start automatically, so this wasn't it. But the good news is that the problem seems to have resolved itself. Wasn't working yesterday afternoon, but this morning it is. No idea why, unless it just took a little time for my Litchi registration to find its way through the linking system at DJI's servers...Go figure.
